Project Overview

An esteemed Design & Build development situated at Great Portland Street, seamlessly nestled between London’s coveted Marylebone and Fitzrovia neighbourhoods This exceptional project aims to create 37 super-prime residential units spanning from the 1st to 8th floor, accompanied by Ground Floor and Basement Retail Units.

Notable features of this development include a double-basement formation and an impressive 8-storey concrete frame incorporating lift shafts. The construction materials comprise a combination of sturdy steel frame, elegant stone, and pre-cast concrete cladding, complemented by rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and exquisite bespoke cast aluminium balustrades.
