D2 was selected for the entire design, install, commissioning and handover of all Fire and Life safety systems. Works are ongoing and due for completion in 2020.

Project Overview

The new Leicester Square Hotel development of a new 350 bedroom hotel and cinema complex in Leicester Square, London. Due to open its doors in 2020, The Londoner will have eight storeys above ground and six below ground, complete with bars and restaurants. There will be two Odeon cinemas, event and leisure facilities. The project consists of over 30 fire detection loops with PC based graphics, 1000+ PAVA speakers, 500+ CCTV cameras and a Grade3 intruder alarm.
